PTI Convoy tear gased

Police and Frontier Corps personnel used tear gas shells to disperse a convoy of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) protesters in Swabi making their way from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to Islamabad on Monday to join the party’s planned Nov 2 ‘lockdown’ of the capital.
TV footage showed protesters fleeing from thick clouds of tear gas. Some protesters also fainted due to the shelling.
There are no medical facilities available in the area to provide care to those affected by the shelling, DawnNews reported, adding that some protesters have also been injured by rubber bullets
